Customising journey

By default there is a single stage in the journey - Engagement - which is when a visitor has started to click around your site. But you might want to add additional steps to measure more in detail how your marketing performs in different stages in the funnel.

The first step in customising your journey is to send events which indicate that a site visitor has reached a particular stage. For example, in E-commerce that would be product added to cart or start of a checkout process. In SaaS, it might be the finalization of registration or successful onboarding. When your visitor has reached a particular stage, you should push an event to Dripit. More details about events you can read over here.

To setup journey stages, go to Filters > Edit customer journey. Here you can add additional stages by picking events from the list. You can also change the order of stages.
